Explanation of Course Studies
By taking advantage of the diversity formed by the Interdisciplinary Studies program at UCF I am able to take classes in several fields. This will create new opportunities at the company I currently work at and can provide me with a wider spread of positions open in other companies, if I decide to leave. Combining Behavioral & Social Studies with the Commerce Area I am able to show my understanding of how-to mange people in a professional way and that I have the knowledge of the finance and legal areas of business that is necessary for management. Currently Sustainability is a growing concern in the world and has led companies to create Sustainability Councils and Departments, which is why I have chosen to continue my education in Environmental Studies as a minor.
